Whenever a player executes a command the server crashes

Hi,
     Whenever my admin uses commands the server suddenly stops and times out.

the only problem is i dont get a crash report from it so i cant see the issues.

Ive tried to delete his player data but still crashes the server, any tips?


Please help.
